NYC.
Okay, back to NYC post.
Oh I didnt mentioned about Jy,Je&I learning how to play bridge on the first night eh?(: They sure know the meaning of silent game man.zz.
Day2
It snowed&you can imagine how much Je was spazzing since it was his birthday too=.= Looked our best&we headed off to Briarcliff High School for hot guyzzzz:D It looked so like the disney channel shows cannnn, the lockers, students, classrooms, cafeteria. Piang,one will totally feel so inferior. The size of their field=the size of our school. When their school aint considered huge! Splitted into groups&attended Bio, Chorus(Awesome!), Chinese(zZ),Shark Disection(Super cool but the room smelt like fish monger though :\)&Calcus classes(Higher Amaths :S)
We spent like half of Miss Lee's Bio class time interacting with the students(: Q&A session!! It was about DNA,my second time having lesson on that O: During Chorus class,the warmups are uber cool&they sang Siyahamba!:D Chinese class was funny when some of us didnt know how to write basic words like left&right in Chinese-.- Cant believe that they're the bunch taking O's next year.tsktsk.
Sat in their assembly too cause the soccer girls won the state championships again! O: They had the cheerleading team to do a cheer for&their band to play for them. Gosh,how cool can that be. Uh,like sucha thing will never happen in our schoolD: Everything will be sucha hassle. Then we watched a musical "our town" by their very own students. Their acting are superb!! A pity I fell asleep(thankfully towards the end), I was fighting back okay. Cause the stage was like within 5m so it'll be so embarassing especially their cast was rather huge:\ &there was like 2 actors by the stairs beside me getting ready to go outD: Popped by the Junior High school since it was beside after the musical. Oh&I must say the principal,Mr Kaishian for being so sweet&awesome host:D:D:D He carried our winter jackets for us, gave us lotsa stuffs. Eg,Briarcliff sweatshirts,caps&sticker thingy. If only... ahwells. Miss Lee bought us Ampanada for dinners:D (Suggested by the students during Bio class!)
Day 3
Nothing much. Just travelling to D.C & a lil shopping at the mall:D Bought Mac cosmetics like mad. I want to go back there man!! Was practically running around the ever-so-huge mall cause there werent enough time! D: Heard it snowed again but I was sleeping.zZ Bunked in with Cherie in the hotel room at night&watched "Are you smarter than a fifth grader"& "Dont forget the lyrics" cooooool bodo! :D my favourite shows! Oh&something superrrrrrrrrrrr hilarious happened that I laughed rolling on the floor&pee-ed on my pants can. Like it rarely happens, but this time I just didnt had the energy to run to the toilet:\ Its meant to be a secret so I can divulge anything but it beats Benjamin's fbt luh:D:D &Im not the meanest luh, Cherie&Je are the most horrible living creatures can. Their laughters are insane&contagious!! Poor winnie.
Day 4
Visited the Lincoln Memorial&White House before lunch.oh purleaseeee,all the structures&buildings look so majestic&magnificent! :D:D:D:D:D:D Was enlightened quite some bit on American History. Had mac for lunch&the bill amount up to around USD150?! SGD225? Oh but I love their chicken noodle soup:D:D:D Then we visited Jefferson Memorial, Capitol Hill, National Gallery of Art&the Air&space museum. Jefferson Memorial was uber grand.uber! Not much recollection of Capitol Hill:\ But the Art Gallery is fantastic,some famous paintings could be identified*gives the smart face* Air&space one had lotsa big planes&rockets. Oh&I found Apollo11! Hated it so much cause it always come out for Physics paper,raar. &back to the comfy bed!:D
Day 5
Left the comfy bed hotel&headed for Piladelphia. Ate my first ever Subway burger&it taste superb!:D Unlike Sg's one! The flat bread&bacon&beef.Just delicious,yummmmmy!(: Oh&today I drew eye liner on everybody or at least just Cherie,Net&Jy.even Je!!!O: Sorry mine had glitter on the pencil so yeah up close you look.niang.not the goth you want:\ Visited the Liberty bell&outside of the Independence Hall. A pity we couldnt go in cause we'd to pay. Bet with my dollar that it'll look darn great inside ;D Think we'd Bk for dinner. Oh my very first Bk burger&buying a Bk meal. Yes I know Im sucha loser but fast food really dont appeals. It tasted not bad anyway(: Back to our cabin at Edith Macy Conference Centre.
Day 6
We did some hands-on stuffs on restricting DNA at John S. Roberts Junior High School. The results of our experiment can be found on the website,uhh insert again:\ &Im group 1 (: Then we took the water taxi to veiw the buildings&bridges&of course The Statue of Liberty!! Its so not like Singapore river or Duck Tour can. But they have duck tour there too,how cool!(: Brooklyn bridge&Manhatten bridge is sooooo prettayyyyy!! They should totally make minatures of it&I so will get it uh! The wind was blowing like never ending&everybody was like group hug pleaseeee! Walked over to Wall Street&admired the New York Stock Exchange building(NYSE). Like apparently I requested a photo like with the building behind(DUH!) but our faces were zoomed in instead, thanks man!shrugs. Took picture with the charging bull(O.o so its just not a normal bull) Then proceeded to Ground Zero, tragedy of 9/11. Bk for dinner againD: We wanted steaks but there weren't sufficient seats&yeah the majority wins..
Day 7
Made a trip down to Columbia University to take a look.&WOW its just cool-ness to the maxxxx yooo! You can really get lost there. I so wanna study overseas next time!! but Im scared:\ Had our lunch there&its like exexex!!&someone had to come over.shooo luhhhh! Went for a walk&cam whoring session at Central Park. Its so beautiful, the brown leaves. Omg soak in the atmosphere&it just smells great:D Then we headed to the Empire State Building which we were at 86stories high. Magnificent. The skyline was beautiful especially with the evening light shinning in. Picture tell a thousand words so I shall just save it. Mr&Mrs Knutson&Miss Lee bought Ribs over for dinner at our cabin&we watched National Treasure(: They roasted marshmallows that are like black&had fire on them burning o.O Anyway,never fancied those sweet stuffs that make your teeth glue.
Day 8
Proceeded to National History Museum, the place in "Night in the Museum". Was searching for this red indian lady which Jy thinks I look like her when tied plaites but nehhD: Time given was super short but we managed to view the blue whale which was huge&hung up but too bad none of the pictures didnt turn out too nice cause of the lightings): &the super duper old dinos bones sculptures. At least we managed to view the stuffs that its suppose to be famous for there(: Had lunch at Chinese restaurant&the beef hor fun is darn nice!!! It was from Ms Siti so I shall just use convo to explain what happened.
Me to Je: Eh Ms Siti's hor fun look darn nice, I wanna try!
Je: Dont be a fat pig luh.
Me to Cherie: repeats same thing
Cherie: Ya lor ya lor, I also wanna try!!

After pushing here&there for who to ask, for the sake of the delicious hor fun, I sacrificed!

Went over to the Singapore Permanent Mission to the United Nation&met Ms Yoong there. Talked&had "Q&A" session before going over to the United Nation. Sent post cards to Singapore but havent receivedD: &the General Assembly kinda blew me off!! Had Wendy's for dinner&it was Mr Yankee's last day with us. So we took pictures with him, he's so cuteeeee luh. &man,7days in NYC&my chinese standard totally drop to the ground. Couldnt remember what was lion in Chinese so I said cat? :\ They're under the same family anyway right!? MO had the chance to totally laugh at my Chinese ahh! oh&the stars there are so pretty at night(: Though I know its the same stars but they just dont shine as nicely in Sg's sky:\
